On Tuesday, May 16th, 7:00-8:00 pm, Shanta Nimbark Sachoroff, Other Avenues co-owner and author of Flavors of India and Other Avenues Are Possible, will lead a free workshop and discussion on the Indian condiment chutney and its importance it plays in a balanced, traditional Indian meal in the family home.  Free chutney samples with organic crackers and chai are provided, as well as signed copies of Shanta’s books (for purchase).
