Other Avenues will happily provide a return or exchange for you on most items if the following conditions are met:

• You have a receipt that matches the item
• It is within two weeks of purchase
• It is unopened

Produce returns/exchanges may be made at our discretion if the following conditions are met:

• You have your receipt and the produce
• It is within 3 days of purchase

All household and gift returns/exchanges must be approved by the department buyer.  Other Avenues cannot approve returns/exchanges on undamaged or non-expired products that were not satisfactory to the customer because of scent or taste.

Complaints about physical reactions caused by an ingredient should be directed to the manufacturer.  We will make exceptions for items that are labeled by the company as 100% guaranteed.
