Dear Neighbors,

We would like to invite you for a plaque unveiling ceremony honoring the passing of two fellow co-owners, Wayne Landers & JB Rumburg.  This event will take place Saturday, February 10^th, 2018, between 1pm and 3pm.  The ceremony will take place at the Other Avenues/Sea Breeze parklet.  We will then gather for a reception at the Sunset Youth Services with food, chai and music.

As most of you already know, Wayne Landers & JB Rumburg passed away within two weeks of one another.  This was a great loss for Other Avenues, their families and our neighbors who loved both men dearly.  We are thankful for all that they did for not only Other Avenues, but the entire Sunset Community and the Coop movement.

One of the many attributes they made was the vision and implementation of the parklet.  Wayne and JB worked very diligently reaching out to the community, meeting with architects, and even attending a City hearing, speaking very passionately about the community they represent and their goals for the parklet.

Our community was very dear to their hearts.  Our memories of Wayne and JB are very dear to our heatrts.  Please join us in this dedication and celebration of their lives.
