Shanta Nimbark Sacharoff, author of, ” Cooking Together: A Vegetarian Co-op
Cookbook,” will read from her book and discuss the importance of sharing
food and food preparation followed by a food demonstration of Indian
condiments: Chutneys.  Samples of chutneys with crackers and chai will
be served to attendees while Q & A and book signing.
