Have you ever wanted to learn how to make tempeh, but felt overwhelmed by the process? Cast your worries aside and come lean to make this traditional Indonesian delicacy with worker-owner Emily Huston. The event will take place at Other Avenues Co-op, Saturday, September 24th, 2022 from 12-2pm. Samples will be provided. There is a suggested donation of $10.00, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.

Emily has been a worker-owner at Other Avenues for the past six years. She runs the bulk department and is responsible for Other Avenues’ grants and status as Legacy Business.
