Come sample and make a jar of a warming wellness vinegar tonic known as FIRE CIDER!
This herbal vinegar tonic is a known for its immune boosting properties and supportive during winter seasonal changes. Learn about the history of vinegar tonics and how to prepare your very own fire cider recipe that you can easily prepare for these colder months or if you are feeling under the weather. Participants will make and take home a customized 16oz jar of fire cider and a recipe handout.

COST: $10-$20 sliding scale (pay at event)

If you experience heartburn or indigestion, you may want to dilute with honey or warm water. Additional caution for sensitive stomachs, acid reflux, GERD, and yeast infections.
