You will learn how to make:

• Garam Masala (North Indian Spice Blend)
• Paneer (Indian Cheese)
• Matar paneer (an entrée made with Panner, spiced tomato sauce, and peas)
• Basmati Rice Pilaf (Indian rice with almonds and raisins)
• Cashew Chutney (Indian Condiment)
• Masala Chai (Tea with milk — or soy milk — and spices)
• Mixed spring Green Salad with Beet juice vinaigrette

A complete lunch will be served at the end of class.
