Here are two workshops in which you may be interested…

Cheese Tutorials, every 2nd Thursday of the month. 6:30-7:30pm.

Next workshop: Thursday, September 9 @ 6:30pm. $5.00 material fee. Please sign up at the register prior to the workshop.

Each tutorial will highlight three different cheeses.  Our cheesemonger, JB, will touch upon the cheese history and farming.  You’ll also learn about cheese pairings/recipes.
